At Alert Level 1, we are now open again as both Dine-in and Takeaway, in accordance with the government guidelines.
We have put in place all the Health and Food safety processes and strategies to ensure that we can provide most of our usual products in a way that fits in with the Level 1 requirements. Fortunately, we already have a very comprehensive and up-to-date "A" Rated Food Control Plan in operation, which makes that side of things a whole lot easier.
We will be operating in a limited capacity for some time to come, most likely weekdays only for at least the first few months at least. We are very much counting on the support of our awesome local customer base, which has always been our primary focus, and we consider ourselves very lucky to have so many.
